ECHO team releases a report on the role of dental case managers
This report provides an informative perspective on the role of dental case managers, patient navigators, and outreach workers in the oral health care setting. As part of the Oral Health Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) Intiative in 2006, nine out of fifteen demonstration sites included in this initiative employ a dental case manager, patient navigator, or an outreach worker as part of their program model.
